Cancellation Policy

Substitution/Cancellation:  If you are unable to attend the Conference your registration is transferable up to and including March 13, 2025.  Please contact the Conference Office in advance to arrange this.  A full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be issued for written cancellations received no later than February 9, 2025. We regret we cannot give any refunds after this date.
